This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services provided by InteriorPrime, including painting, drywall, plastering, renovation, tile, epoxy, repair, and property maintenance services.
Estimate requests are free unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection, material review, or change in project scope.
Some projects may require a deposit before scheduling, purchasing materials, or reserving labor. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are purchased, labor is scheduled, or preparation work has started.
Customers should notify InteriorPrime as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule a project. We request at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.

If the customer requests changes after work begins, additional charges may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed work or materials purchased based on the original approved project scope.
If there is an issue with completed work, customers should contact us promptly. InteriorPrime will review the concern and may offer correction, adjustment, or another resolution depending on the situation.
